આજ આપણા સમાજમાં અને દરેક સમાજમાં યુવક યુવતીના સગપણ સબંધી સમસ્યાઓ વઘતી જાય છે જે આપણા સમાજને પણ સ્પર્શે છે.આ સમસ્યાના કારણો જેવા કે દરેક યુવક, યુવતીનો અભ્યાસ માટેનો સમય પૂર્ણ થવા થોડો વિલંબ થાય છે. ત્યાર બાદ તેમને આજના ઝડપી યુગમાં કેરીઅર બનાવી લેવાની વેતરણમાં લાગી જવુ પડે છે. તે રીતે સગપણનો યોગ્ય સમય આવી જાય છે અથવા પસાર થવા જાય છે — આ રીતે પાત્રોનો યોગ્ય સમય પસાર થઈ જાય છે. તે રીતે વડીલોની વ્યથા પણ કંઇક એવી છે કે તેમને આજના કપરા સમય વ્યવસાય કે ધંધા રોજગાર માટે ઘણી મહેનત કરવી પડે છે સમય આપવો પડે છે. સાથે બાળકોના ખર્ચાળ અભ્યાસનો બોજ હોય છે તે ઉપરાંત બાળકોના ભવિષ્ય માટે અને લગ્ન માટે બચતની ચિંતા સાથે સમય સરકતો જાય છે. અને બાદમાં યોગ્ય પાત્રની પસંદગી માટેના પ્રયત્નો શરૂ થાય છે તેમા પસંદગી-નાપસંદગીના પ્રશ્નો આવે છે. ઘણી જગ્યાએ દુર દુર વસતા બાંધવોનો સંપર્ક જલદી શક્ય નથી હોતો અને લાંબો સમય જાય છે તેમજ રૂબરૂ સંપર્ક કરવા મોટો પ્રવાસ ખર્ચ વેઠવો પડે છે

ઉપર મુજબની ઘણી બધી તકલીફો નીવારી શકાય તે માટે એક પોર્ટલ બનાવવા જઈ રહ્યા છીએ અને સમાજના આગેવાનો , મહાસભાના પ્રમુખ સમાજરત્ન શ્રી વિનોદભાઈ સોલંકી તથા ડો. મનોજભાઈ સોલંકી શ્રી તેમજ શ્રી વિનોદભાઈ જેઠવા સાથે મારી ચર્ચા વિચારણા અને તેમને યોગ્ય ઉકેલ આવશે એવી આશા સાથે આ "કે.જી.કે. જોડી જંકશન" નામે પાર્ટલ બનાવવા સહકાર તથા સમંતી મળેલ છે. આવો આપણા બાળકોના ભવિષ્ય માટે તેમને મદદરૂપ થવા માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવીએ અને સગપણ સમસ્યાનો ઉકેલ લાવીએ. સહકારની અપેક્ષા સહ

Greetings to all community members, elders, mothers, sisters, and young men and women.

Today, in our community and in every other community, problems related to finding suitable matches for young men and women are increasing, which affects our society as well. These problems are caused by factors such as delays in completing the education of young people. Subsequently, in today's fast-paced era, they have to focus on building their careers. As a result, the right time for finding a match arrives and even passes by.

Similarly, the challenges faced by elders are such that in these difficult times, they have to work very hard and devote significant time to their profession or business. Along with this, there is the burden of expensive education for their children, and while planning for savings for their children's future and marriage, time keeps slipping away.

Later, when efforts to find a suitable partner begin, issues of compatibility and preferences arise. It is often not possible to quickly contact community members living in distant places, which takes a long time and involves high travel expenses for in-person meetings.

To overcome many of the difficulties mentioned above, we are creating a portal. Following discussions with community leaders Shri Vinodbhai Solanki (Samaj Ratna), Dr. Manojbhai Solanki, and Shri Vinodbhai Jethwa, and with the hope of finding a proper solution, their cooperation and consent have been received to create a portal named 'K.G.K. Jodi Junction'.

આ પોર્ટલ નું સંપુર્ણ સંચાલન પ્રભારી તથા સહ પ્રભારી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે.

કચ્છ ગુર્જર ક્ષત્રિય સમાજ સમાજના ભાઈઓ તથા બહેનો ની એક સમિતિ ની રચના કરવામાં આવશે જેમાં કુલ્લ 8 સભ્યો અલગ અલગ વિસ્તાર થી સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવશે.

આ "કે.જી.કે. જોડી જંકશન" પોર્ટલની સંચાલન સમિતિ કહેવાશે. જેની મુદ્દત ત્રણ વર્ષની રહેશે જે સભ્યોની પસંદગી પોર્ટલના prabhari અને સહ પ્રભારી કરી શકશે.

સભ્ય સંખ્યામાં વધારો કરવા જરૂરીયાત ઉભી થાય તો સભ્ય સંખ્યામાં વધારો પ્રભારી, સહ પ્રભારી કરી શકશે.

સમિતિના સભ્યો સમાજના ભાઈઓ કે ભહેનો દ્વારા સગપણ લાયક યુવક, યુવતીના બાયોડેટા સ્વીકારી શકશે અને અંજાર મધ્યેની મહાસભા કાર્યાલય પોર્ટલ ઓપરેટર મારફતે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવશે.

આ પોર્ટલ હેઠળ રજીસ્ટર્ડ થયેલ કોઈ પણ ઉમેદવાર દ્વારા બાયોડેટાની માંગણી કરવામાં આવે તો લેખીત અથવા મેસેજ દ્વારા મેળવી અને તેમને ઓપરેટર મારફતે મેળવી બાયોડેટા પુરા પાડવાના રહેશે.

જયારે કોઈ ઉમેદવારના લાયક પાત્ર મળી ગયા બાદ સગપણ થાય અને લગ્નમાં પરીણમે અને પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયાનો અંત આવ્યેથી તેમના નામ કમી કરાવી લેવાના રહેશે. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન શુલ્ક પરત મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

આ પોર્ટલ અંતગર્ત રજીસ્ટ્રેશન યુવક માટે ૨૧૦૦/- અને યુવતી માટે ૧૧૦0/- રજીસ્ટ્રેશન શુલ્ક રહેશે.

રજીસ્ટર્ડ પાત્રોનો સંબંધ બંધાઈ ગયાની અધિકૃત જાણ સાથે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન શુલ્ક પરત મેળવવા માંગતા પાત્રો માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન શુલ્ક રીફંડેબલ રહેશે.

The complete management of this portal will be handled by the In-charge and Co-in-charge.

A committee of brothers and sisters of the community will be formed, which will include a total of 7 members from different areas.

This will be called the 'K.G.K. Jodi Junction' Portal Management Committee, with a tenure of three years. Members will be selected by the portal's In-charge and Co-in-charge.

If the need arises to increase the number of members, the In-charge and Co-in-charge will be authorised to do so.

Committee members can accept profile forms from eligible young men and women of the community and will have them registered through the 'Portal Operator' at the Mahasabha office in Anjar.

If any registered candidate requests a profile, it must be obtained in writing or by message and provided to them through the operator.

Once a suitable match is found for a candidate, leading to an engagement and marriage, and the selection process concludes, their names must be removed. The registration fee policy will be applicable.

The registration fee under this portal will be ₹2,100 for males and ₹1,100 for females.

The registration fee is refundable for registered candidates who wish to claim it back upon official confirmation that their match has been finalised.

આ પાર્ટલ સેવામાં કચ્છ ગુર્જર ક્ષત્રિય સમાજના જ યુવક યુવતી માત્ર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવી શકશે અને આ સેવા તેઓ પુરતી મર્યાદીત છે.

સમાજ ના ૧૮ વર્ષના દરેક કોઈ પણ યુવક-યુવતી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવી શકશે.

રરજીસ્ટ્રેશન ચાર્જ યુવક માટે ૨૧૦clock/- તથા યુવતી માટે ૧૧૦clock/- રહેશે. જે રીફંડેબલ ડીપોઝીટ તરીકે આપવાના રહેશે.

રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ આ યોજનાની સંચાલન સમિતિના સભ્યો પાસેથી સોફટ કોપી દ્વારા મેળવી શકાશે.

રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ તથા ડીપોઝીટ ભર્યાની રસીદ સંચાલન સમિતિના કોઈ પણ સભ્યને આપી શકશે.

કોઈપણ ઉમેદવાર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવ્યા બાદ જયારે ઈચ્છે ત્યારે સમિતિ સમક્ષ તેમની શૈક્ષણીક લાયકાત, આર્થિક સ્થિતી, મુજબ પસંદગીના પાત્રોના નામ તથા બાયોડેટા મેળવી શકશે.

ઉમેદવારના બાયોડેટા સમિતિના સભ્યો દ્વારા ઉમેદવાર તથા વાલી સંમતિ મેળવી લીધા બાદ મોકલશે.

ઉમેદવાર રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવ્યા બાદ કોઈ પણ કારણોસર સગપણ કરવા ઈચ્છતા ન હોયતો તેમનો બાયોડેટા બ્લોક કરી રાખવામાં આવશે. અને ઉમેદવારની સુચના મળ્યા બાદ ઓપન કરવામાં આવશે.

ઉમેદવાર યુવક-યુવતીને પ્રથમ પાંચ યોગ્ય મેચીંગ પાત્રોના બાયોડેટા પુરા પાડવામાં આવશે. અને તે પાત્ર યોગ્ય ન જણાય તો અન્ય પાંચ બાયોડેટા માંગી શકશે. સાથે આપેલ પ્રથમ બાયોડેટાના પાત્રોના.

" ના પસંદગી " ના કારણો જણાવવાના રહેશે. જેથી સમિતિ કોઈ યોગ્ય ઉકેલ લાવી શકે

ઉમેદવારના બાયોડેટા સાથે પ્રથમ વાલીઓના અરસ પરસ મોબાઈલ નંબર આપવામાં આવશે અને જો વાલી ઈચ્છે તો ઉમેદવારો મોબાઈલ નંબર આપી શકશે અથવા મેળવી શકશે.

ઉમેદવારની પસંદગી સંપુર્ણ પ્રક્રિયા સમિતિના સભ્યો દ્વારા એ.આઈ. ટેકનોલોજીના માધ્યમથી કરવામાં આવશે. ઉમેદવાર પોર્ટલ ઉપર સીધા બાયોડેટા મેળવી શકશે નહી.

જયારે ઉમેદવારનું સગપણ બંને પક્ષે નિર્ધારીત થાય અને તે પૂર્વે જ નામ ડીલીટ કરવાનું ફોર્મ ભરી મોકલી આપવાનું રહેશે.

જયારે બન્ને ઉમેદવાર પાત્રોને સગપણ બન્ને પક્ષો દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત થઈ જાય અને લગ્નમાં પરિણમે તે પૂર્વે પાત્રોના નામ રદ(ડીલીટ) કરી અને જો પરિવાર ઈચ્છે તો ડિપોઝીટની રકમ રીફંડ ક્લેઈમ કરી શકશે.

આ યોજના હેઠળ રજીસ્ટર્ડ થયેલ ઉમેદવારના કોઈ સુચન, સમસ્યા હોયતો લેખીતમાં સંચાલન સમિતિને લેખીતમાં આપી શકશે.

Eligibility: This portal service is exclusively for the youth (boys and girls) of the Kutch Gurjar Kshatriya Samaj, and registrations are limited to community members only.

Age Requirement: Any boy or girl from the community who is 18 years of age or older may register.

Registration Fees & Refundable Deposit: The registration fee is ₹2,100 for boys and ₹1,100 for girls. These fees serve as a refundable deposit.

Application Process: Registration forms can be obtained in soft copy from members of the management committee.

Submission: The completed registration form and proof of deposit payment can be submitted to any member of the management committee.

Accessing Profiles: After registration, candidates may request the names and profiles of potential matches from the committee at any time, based on their educational qualifications and financial background.

Profile Sharing: Committee members will share a candidate's profile only after obtaining consent from the candidate and their parents.

Temporary Deactivation & Reactivation: If a candidate does not wish to pursue a match for any reason after registration, their profile will be temporarily deactivated. The profile will be reactivated only upon receiving further instructions from the candidate.

Profile Limits & Additional Requests: Initially, candidates will be provided with five suitable matching profiles. If those matches are not found suitable, the candidate may request five more profiles.

Feedback Requirement: When requesting new profiles, the reasons for not selecting the previous ones must be provided. This helps the committee find a better match.

Contact Information: Initially, the mobile numbers of the parents will be exchanged. If the parents agree, the candidates' mobile numbers may also be shared.

AI Technology & Direct Access: The entire matching process for candidates will be supported by the committee members using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Candidates will not be able to access profiles directly on the portal.

Match Finalisation: Once a match is finalised by both parties, and before it results in marriage, a form to remove the names must be completed and submitted.

Deposit Refund: Once the marriage is confirmed and the names are removed from the registry, the family may claim a refund of the deposit amount if they wish.

Suggestions and Issues: If a registered candidate has any suggestions or concerns, they may submit them in writing to the management committee.
